A fitness consultation is a FREE service that we provide. It allows you to consult with a professional personal trainer and/or nutritionist about all of your lifestyle related issues. Sounds great doesn't it? Here's how to book an appointment, don't delay! :
 

 

 

 

  Step 1: Think of three dates in the future that you'll be available.


  Step 2: Think of two different times you'll be able on those three days.


  Step 3: Begin composing an e-mail to consultation@lifestylechangeonline.com


  Step 4: Include the three days you selected as well as the two times.


  Step 5: Include your name, age, and other vitals you feel important to our analysis.


  Step 6: Wait for your confirmation e-mail which you will receive within 24 hours.


  Step 7: Provided that one of the times and dates you selected match the consultant's

              schedule, your email will contain a link to a live chat module.


  Step 8: On the time and date that you and your consultant agreed upon via e-mail,

              open the mail and click on the link you received to initiate your session.


  Step 9: A live chat window will open, and your consultation will begin.


  Step 10: Your expert will ask you a series of questions. Don't be afraid to answer

                 thoroughly; the more detailed your answer, the better.

 


 

The consultation will go through your current eating habits, exercise routine (if any), and other vices you experience in life. By the end of the consult, recommendations will be given. If the consultant feels you could really use a Lifestyle Plan, he or she will recommend it to you. Don't be mislead however; the consultation is not a forced sales pitch. The consultant will only recommend a Lifestyle Plan if he or she genuinely recommends it, and only once without any pressure. Should you refuse the plan, your expert will give you FREE general advice on how to improve your lifestyle in the form of fitness and nutrition tips. Feel free to ask any particular questions you may have, but be cautious of specifics. If you require precision detail in your answers, your expert will have to take the time to generate a calculated plan for you, and that's a paid service only.
