Ok, so you spent the money on that magazine that claimed it would give you "rock hard abs in just 1 week!!", You spent the time assembling that strange device that supposedly "tones your thighs in just 2 minutes a day!", and you even tried getting a gym membership that you never really use anyway (I know you did, just admit it). Hey, it was only "$20 a month!".

Unfortunately we don't have a fancy little catch phrase, but we if we did, it would go something like this: "Get results by working hard and actually having to DO something!". Yah, we know, it's not particularly motivating, but it's honest. If you actually want to get results, you have to EARN them. We'll take care of what to do, you just DO it. The beauty of it is; we'll include your favorite foods into your diet plan, and in most cases you'll only need to workout 3 times a week. That's right, you get to eat pizza and actually have those abs and thighs you wished for but never received. Why are you looking at me like that? I'm not kidding.

It's not rocket science, but it is a science. Would you trust a plumber to tell you what medications to take, or would you go to a doctor? I am a diabetic (any type) and really wish I could eat more than what my MD prescribes

Doctors tend to prescribe a very generic diet plan for diabetics. It's understandable, considering a medical doctor spends a grand total of 1 course during medical school detailing nutrition. The reality is, a general cookie cutter diet plan isn't made for you, let alone anyone else specifically. Our Lifestyle Plans are however, and will be able to accomodate your needs and desires. Diabetics can consume the same foods non-diabetics consume, it's all a matter of portion control and we will regulate that for you. If you are warned by your MD that you may become diabetic, our lifestyle plans can even prevent it!   [

Unless you are a licensed nutritionist and personal trainer, do you really think a program you design yourself will be as effective as one designed by professionals? It's easy to fall prey to the "health tips" and other such marketing tactics used by health food companies and commercial gyms. The reality is, there is no such thing as a one-size-fits-all plan nor do "Tips" have much foundation in the longrun. Our Lifestyle Plan will be designed with you and only you in mind. That won't be much of an issue. Once we eliminate much of the foods you probably purchase without even realizing it (such as chocolate cookie dough ice cream and 12 packs of cola) you'll find you've already saved $50 towards your next grocery outing. That's not the best part though. Depending on your goals and bodyweight, we can design a diet plan involving a grocery list requiring LESS THAN $100 per month. Now that's economics at work! As for the gym facilities, our highly trained experts will devise a workout program suited to your needs that you can do using no more than your own bodyweight and trinkets from around the house.
